Mrs. Anne Nichols Abercrombie, 73, of Scottsboro, AL passed away at Highlands Medical Center Saturday, November 19, 2011.

Funeral service will be held at 3 PM Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Dr. Roy Hall officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 22, 2011 from 1-3 PM at Scottsboro Funeral Home. The family requests  donations made to the Scottsboro Public Library.

Mrs. Abercrombie is survived by her husband, Joe Abercrombie of Scottsboro; son, Duncan (Celeste) Phillips of Scottsboro; grandchildren, Brock and Ellie Phillips of Scottsboro; and brother, Jack Nichols of Charlotte, NC.

She is preceded in death by her son, Al Phillips and brother, Nick Nichols.
