Betty Bell, 77 of Scottsboro , died Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at her home. Funeral services will be 2pm Friday at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 until 9 pm at Scottsboro Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bell is survived by husband, Howard Bell of Scottsboro, son, Eugene (Shirley) Bell of Scottsboro, granddaughter, Chastity (Paul) Davis, special grandson, Cody Lambert, great grandchildren; Zachary Bridgman, Josh Bridgman, Baily Davis and Matthew Davis, sisters; Judy Henderson and Sarah (Howard) Evans ; brother, Johnny McCrary and brothers and sisters-in-law Charles and Louise Maynor and Clyde and Treasa Bell; and special friends Barbara and Tom Newsom. She was preceded in deat h by sister Ruby Prince, brothers; Billy, Virgil and Fred McCrary and parents; Grover and Ruth McCrary.
