Ed T. Corren, age 82 of Scottsboro, died Sunday, February 5,
2012. Memorial service will be held at 7:00pm Friday at
Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Steven Screws officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 until funeral
time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to
the First United Methodist Church, 1105 S. Broad Street,
Scottsboro, AL 35768.
Ed is survived by wife, June Anne Chapman Corren of
Scottsboro, mother-in-law, Frances Chapman of Taylorsville,
NC, son, Stephen Douglas (Bonnie) Corren of Jacksonville, FL ,
grandsons; Adam, Andrew and Benjamin Corren , sister , Betty (Joe)
Gentison all of Jacksonville, FL and several nieces and
nephews. He was preceded in death by father, Eziekel Thomas
Corren and Edith Hilditch Corren, sister Margaret
Thompson, brother Bobby Corren and father-in-law Bliff
Chapman.
