Glenda Henderson Chapman

January 26, 1956 ~ December 26, 2011

The Lord called Glenda Henderson Chapman home on December 26, 2011 with her husband and daughter at her side .  She is survived by her husband, Michael G. Chapman of Estillfork;  daughter, Kayla V. Chapman of Estillfork; grandson, the joy of her life, Mama's angel, Joshua M. Chapman-Stuhr of Estillfork;  sister, Wanda (Lamar) Griffith of Arab; mother-in-law, Loyce G. Chapman of Estillfork; special cousins, Nick and Barb Sims from her favorite place, Colorado Springs CO, and a host of family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents,  Arlin and Bertrice Henderson;  Sister, Gwenda Shotts Johnson  and father-in-law, Glenn Chapman.

The   funeral service will be Thursday, December 29, 11:00 am at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel performed by Rev. Eldridge Criscoe and Rev. Michael Carpenter.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 until 9:00 pm at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Cousins and special friends will serve as pallbearers and the medics of Highlands Ambulance station 4 will serve as honorary pallbearers.
