Gloria Fay Guess, age 56 of Scotsboro, died Wednsesday, February
15, 2012. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday at
Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Bohannon
officiating. Burial will follow in Inglish Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday 6 until 8 pm.
Gloria is survived by lifelong companion, Buddy Beard, children;
Chris (Angie) Murphy, Tonya Batey and Brian Guess, grandchildren;
Austin, Blake and Kyle Murphy and Emily Batey, brothers; Dennis
(Becky) Maynor, Johnnie (Carla) Maynor, Jimmy (Shirley) Maynor and
Jerry (Teresa) Maynor and sister, Sheila (Randy) Turner. She
was preceded in death by father Charles Maynor, Mother Vivian
Gonzalez, sister Sherry Maynor and nephew Jeremy Maynor.
