James Howard Pearson, age 85 of Scottsboro, died Saturday,
November 12, 2011 at Highlands Health & Rehab. Funeral
services for Mr. Pearson will be a graveside service at 2:00 pm
Tuesday, November 15 at Lawrence Chapel Cemetery in Fairview AL
with Rev. Mike Butler officiating. The family will receive
friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Scottsboro Funeral
Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to ABC
Hospice.
Mr. Pearson is survived by sons, Vincent (Beverly) Pearson of
Rome GA and Zane (Sandra) Pearson of Woodville AL; 3
grandsons, Robert Pearson, Tyler Pearson, and Ian Pearson; 2
great grandsons, Tyler James Pearson and Clarke James Pearson; a
sister, Sandra Cunningham of Florida. He was preceded in
death by his wife, Elvis Vincent Pearson; a brother, Henry Walton
"Buddy" Pearson; and a sister, Linda Bufford.
