Cecil is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Gist Guffey and parents, Roy and Pauline Guffey; 2 brothers-Bill Guffey and Doyle Guffey and sister Dimple Smith Arrangements Entrusted to Scottsboro Funeral Home.
