Mrs. Lenos Skelton West

January 28, 1933 - June 7, 2022

Lenos Louera Skelton West, age 89 of Woodville passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 10 at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Groves Free Holiness Church with Bro. Shirley Byrum, Bro. James Carl Black, and Bro. Jamie Black officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Groves Cemetery with Scottsboro Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 9 from 3 p.m.-9 p.m. and Friday, June 10 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., both at Pleasant Groves Holiness Church. She is survived by her children, Harold & Carolyn West, Joyce & Jerry Platt, Kay Walls, Gary & Jennifer West, Beverly & Mark Keeton, and Bruce & Sherry West; grandchildren, Leah & William Taylor, Natalie & Jason Gregory, Keasha & Jonathan Bellomy, Lindsay & Will Whitley, Miranda & Adam Moses, Marquita & Jonah Mayhall, and Bryce & Ashlen West; 14 great grandkids; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard West; parents, Orville & Delphia Skelton; sister & brother-in-law, Loretta & J.W. Cain; son-in-law, Roger Walls; and great granddaughter, McKenna Gregory.
